Expanding the Basic 6 string Leavitt Tuning to
8 is a subject that comes up from time to time
...both on the Forum and in some emails I receive.
Over this weekend I have been doing some experimenting with one possibility and came up with the following ...Low to High...
G--A--C#--E--G--Bb--C--D
As you can see I elected to leave the first 6 strings
intact and made the additions on the bottom end.

I did it quickly.
Note the C chord five measures from
the ending...should receive four counts.
