NYC South Street Seaport band with steel player 22 Sept?

I was riding in a bus in Downtown New York City this saturday, 22 Sept, by the South Street Seaport and heard beautiful steel playing and saw a steel player in a band outside in the area between the restaurants and the maritime museum.

Does anyone know who the band/steel player was?

This was about the last thing I expected to hear, I was very pleasantly surprised, the steel dominated the sound of the band and was beautiful. Wish I had stopped!
