Does anyone remember Carolina Cotton, the Western Swing Singer/Yodeler? She was dubbd, "The Yodeling Blonde Bombshell". Her singing/movie career was in the 1940s & 1950s.
"I Love to Yodel" & "Three Miles South of Cash in Arkansas", were two of her signature songs.
She appeared in Western movies with Gene Autry and other cowboy singers.
She was a member of Spade Cooley's band,Hank Penny's band and was also a member of Bob Wills band at one time.

Hi Ron, I found a website which contains all kinds of information about Carolina's career. A CD is offered for sale and I believe it has 20 tracks on it. I will venture that her children are perhaps responsible for the website.
Jody, you are correct, Carolina is one super Yodeler.
One of the best I've heard.
In the late 1960s I purchased a record album with multiple artists. Carolina Cotton was on the album singing a couple of her songs.
