I took a trip down to Houston Wed.so Bobby could get me out of a bind.He took my p/p and did a complete setup on it while I waited. It was well worth the 195 mile trip.He also made me feel right at home while I was there.I also picked up his new CD and listened to it on the way home. It's a great CD with some very smooth and tasteful playing. If you don't have this one in your collection you owe it to yourself to get this one.I always look forward to his set at the Dallas show every year. Thanks for everything Bobby. _________________ Show Pro #26 & #83,BJS bars,Stereo Steel,Tommy Huff cabs loaded with JBL D130's, Wampler pedals,NV112,NV400, Steelers Choice Seats |

I too am fortunate to have heard Brother Bobby in Katy in August. A fine gentleman and player.
My wife and I bought his CD and played it all the way back to San Antonio and I'm still listening to it every day. He's another one of my heros. When I grow up to be a steel guitar player I want to be like Bobby, The Herb Steiner and Jody Sanders, and the list goes on...Joe Rouse |

Bobby is the real deal. He is the same nice guy day in and day out. He is a super player, and has a Doctorate in Steel Guitarology. If your steel guitar is sick, make an appointment with Dr. Bowman. I am proud to have him as a friend. Jody. |

I second that. He's done great work and maintenance on my PSG.
Too bad he's so good with steel guitars. I think he'd have been a heck of an entertaining country singer. |

You guys have really gone and done it now, with all this braggin about Bobby Bow, we'll never get to talk to him again. I can't reach cloud 10 and this is where Bobby will be. Some guys can't handle all this hype.
What do ya think Bobby?
I have had the pleasure of singing with Bobby at a few shows and he is such a pleasure to work with, even if his shows are such high pressure affairs.....................love ya Bobby _________________ Ray Harrison

I just have to echo what everyone else is saying here. Bobby put together my Remington Sustainmaster 2000 D10 back in 2000. then did a little "Dr. Bobby" innovation to make the pedal action a lot smoother.
He has also done some work on my Fender D8 Custom and my Fender Stringmaster T8. On the T8 I thought I was in for some major overhaul, but Bobby did his magic on it, didn't have to replace any parts, and it sounds like new.
Bobby is truly a great guy. |
