Send it in for repairs Eldon. The keypad will have to be removed and washed and the micro switches sprayed with contact cleaner.

May be just as easy to order a new keyboard from the PC vendor.

Depending on what kind of laptop it is you may be able to remove the keyboard easily. Sometimes the bezel pops off and perhaps there are some screws through the back holding it in, then there is usually a plastic connector that slides over releasing the ribbon cable. Do a quick search online like "dell laptop replace keyboard" and you should get to any specifics for your particular laptop.

Once it's removed, run it under the faucet. Seriously. I've done it many times over the years. Shake it out good and let it dry for a few days. Seriously on that too. Don't want to hook that thing up if it's wet.

If it were one of my laptops the procedure would take all of about 5 minutes, including the web search... give it a try!
