Thats an awful lot of extra money just for textured vinyl covering.

For that price, you can buy 2 Nashville 112's and still have money left over to put into your pocket Whoa!

Unfortunately that's what they go for.

I inquired about ordering a green one from Peavey and that's how much they told me it would cost. Needless to say I didn't buy it.
Whoa!

Great-looking amp, though. The silver grill cloth sets it off nicely. It looks way better than the standard 112, in my opinion. But I guess the guts are what really counts.

Scroll down the ad and look at the list price! Laughing

I played through that exact amp at the NAMM show in Austin. I seem to recall it had a tear in the covering and a bunch of scuff marks on it. I thought I remember it only being a $200 upcharge which would put the list at $899. Don't hold my feet to the fire on that one though. It looked very cool, but I agree, too much for vinyl.

I think it was 2 years ago at the Dallas Steel Guit. Convention... They were selling them.. $350. something and an extra one hundred bucks for colors, or snakeskin.
Shocked my friend bought one, an extravagant expense but matched his bands thing at the time.
He has gone back to a Session 400. liking the 15 speaker.
