A guy gave me some thumb pics years ago and they were like 1/2 the size of a standard thumb pic but fit all finger sizes. If anyone has a clue of something similar please send me some info. Thanks.

No they were white. I am working on trying to locate a picture. Rex Wiseman of the Oak Ridge Boys has some of them but he got them from the same source I did. We are both searching......

Sounds like you're describing Fred Kelly's delrin Slick Pick.

They sound pretty special. When you find them, please post a pic and source. Some of us might like to try them also.

Billy Cooper sells a thumbpick with a normal thumb area but a very short blade, (barely clears the thumb). If this describes what you are looking for give him a call.

These even had a smaller thumb area. I am hoping to get a picture of these in a few days. Thanks for all the suggestions.

are these the picks your talking about?

Randy Beavers was using these at the convention this year and gave a demo of them in the Zum room and they do make a difference.
thanks

Wade, this white pick is what I have been using for a while now, like it best of all because of comfort and never gets loose on the thumb. Smile ....
Richard, if this is not what you are talking about, you might consider giving them a try. Found mine in a neighborhood guitar store, so apparently not a difficult thing to find. Smile ....
Good luck in your search....
