I need a round imput on the foot switch for this Artist 4x6L6 Peavey amp. Anyone got one?

I have an old peavey foot switch with the large round jack. It has two buttons on it one for reverb and one for Effects. I know little about this thing, don't even remember where it came from. it has a number 71244015 just below the effects button.Maybe Mike Brown would know what this was for
