Just a matter of removing the head, removing the switch and resoldering the new one in. Instruction for this are included and very clear.

I saw Paddy Long change a broken string mid song one night at the Hornby club in Christchurch.It was the slickest thing I have ever seen. It certainly says a lot for having a side kick on your seat.
