Actually, I switched from a modern top brand to a '75 Sho - Bud LDG.

Sierra Timberwolf

Rittenberry SD - 10,
Hilton pedal,
Earthquaker Dispatch Master,
Boogie Mark 2B w/ JBL K 140.

I am not using it for steel, I only said that a 15" speaker will fit in.

Of course you have to build a new baffle.

BTW: a 15" speaker would fit, too.

What are your combo's settings? Setting the highs to 1 1/2 it sounds ok, at 2 it peels the paint off the wall.

I have a Sundown Artist 112 combo amp, 100 watts.
So far I have found only very little about this amp online. I know they were built by Dennis Kager in NJ from 1983 - 1988.
Does anyone know anything ...

I have to wait and see until the amp arrives. I assume the baffle is screwed in, so at least replacing it shouldn't be a problem.

I have just purchased a Mesa Boogie Mark 2B amp. It hasn't arrived yet, but I am wondering if the cabinet is big enough for a 15" speaker.

Steel Mill strings, nickel.

Remove the tolex, sand it and stain it, then polyurethane it. Did that several times with Fender amps and I think it looks nice. Doesn't work with particle board.
