I like the traditional guitar body shape with the upward pointing tuners. That combination has always been my favorite. My J.R. Burns S-8 is example of my taste.

Clinesmith's bars have a depression on the end.

When I blow a reverse slant (which is not rare), I get a depression on my end.

My steel's scale length is 22.5." I have tried longer ones a few times, but my slants are much more accurate with 22.5" scale length.
