If he used Space Echo, a very good emulation of a new, serviced one is Boss RE-20. It got my Space Echo to retire from gigging. (On 6 stringelectric guitar thou)

Just noticed in a studio situation that slide vibrato may cause some audible scratch noise.

That may sound cool with dobro, but somehow I didn't like that too much with pedal steel.

Sus2 is a sus4 a 4th down: that is to say that the Csus4 is Fsus4. Same chord, different name and use.
