You might want to try revo uninstaller.

Removes basically all traces of a program, even if the uninstaller doesn't work. If it's listed in add/remove, revo can remove it.

Another way would be to right-click on 'computer', choose 'manage'. Once in the management tool, choose 'disk management'.
