I believe a BL-710 will fit in a Mullen RP as long as it's the 'Narrow Mount' style you go for. I have some narrow mount BL-XR16s in my RP. They look pretty much identical to the 710s. |

Never played a Zum but I've owned a Mullen and a Rains. Both great guitars, you wouldn't be disappointed with either. Not a lot to choose between them.

I ordered 2 narrow mount BL-XR16 pickups for my Mullen RP D-10 direct from Bill and Becky. They fit fine. I imagine their narrow mount BL-710s are no different. They look identical. | |

I too found the stock Mullen pickup a bit thin sounding, especially above the 12th fret. Also with it being a single coil it hummed a lot at gig volume.
