All I knew of him was that he played on (at least the first) John Prine record in the early '70s. I was just barely starting on Hawaiian steel then, and really liked his sound.

my 2 cents...

older CD players don't play right no matter what the CD is...the error correction is artificial and definitly lowers the overall sound quality, er, in otherwords, the music won't sound ...
