I had a steel drive me nuts because I suspected everything else except the P/U. I had to turn the volu,me to seven just to hear it.

Thanks guys. The amp was purschased new last year and the pre amp outlet is on tne back of the amp. Does anyone know the amount of power the signal pre amp out is? Again thanks.

Thanks for the info. Does Evans build a stronger amp? I heard they make one thats about 500 watts. Is this True? Does anyone know the specs and the sound of a Webb amp?

I had the same problem with my session 500. I mounted the can upside down and it really did help.

I use a 4 plug outlet with 2 50 db filters and 2 75dbs filter. I installed isobar protector after I had a orange ball of electricty that traveled from where i has pluged in.It fried two power supplys
