Sorry to a G not a C

Can anyone help me with this problem?
The C pedal brings the E string up to a C for some reason.
The pedal brings the B string up to the A # on the 5th string.
Not sure why I am having this problem ...

Its a GFI D10 in almost new condition.

Yeah I think the guy is a real salesman.
He told me not to buy another one that I had an okay deal on and then called me back a week later trying to sell me on that was almost double the price.

Do sellers generally try to mark the prices on these things way up if they know you are a beginner?
