Here's the undercarriage of mine. Adding pedals and knee levers is doable. There's one on reverb with 7 pedals for sale right now. But it's not set up to do it from the factory.

Hehehe, I'm sure your cleaning didn't hurt. But IMHO, your Maverick is cooler than mine and his because of the reasons you mentioned - the Gumby headstock and the raised wood neck. Mine's a 3+1 like h ...

Hehe, I did a bit of reading on the forum and elsewhere, and now I realize that it's really likely that fuzz is original to the guitar.

Here's my MSA. It's my first steel that isn't a Sho-Bud Maverick, and I think it might be my dream guitar, even though I'm really mostly a bassist.

I think it's probably a very late 70s to early 8 ...
