Well, after reading this post I decided to check the height of my pick ups in relation to the strings. By lowering them to about two or three quarters thickness.... I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IT M ...

Check out the band "Fountains of Wayne" on the "welcome interstate managers cd" I think RR played on the cut "hung up on you". I thought is was pretty cool.

I recently just just heard Robert Randolf play steel on a great counrty song cut by a band called Fountains of Wayne, a song called "hung up on you". Nice steel, sounded great to me!
