You are correct. The "house band" steel player was Jerry Byrd who was faking it while I played the song with Lynn Anderson off camera. ...

I see Jerry Byrd sitting there,....but on this song,I'm pretty sure its Lloyd playing. Look to the far right at the begining and at the end of the vid with a blue jacket on. Rog

I just installed Truetone pick-ups in my Emmons Legrange......I can't believe the difference in tone.....Considering the price of steel guitars, changing out these pick-ups is a very inexpensive upgra ...

I have owned and played Emmons guitars since the 80's. I have a '93 LeGrande with 8&8 and Truetone pick-ups in it...And I love it.... http://steelguitarforum.com/smile.gif
