I'll have a look at making a suitable bracket and play around with the coil tap to see if it's useful......probably just go with the parallel switch only though

I was gonna put a coil tap switch on my L705 pickup, the one with the red, black, green, white and ground wires.
I can tie the white and green wires together on one side of the switch with the other ...

Just put al L705 in my GFI the red was hot.....the green and white came already tied together
Plan on adding a switch when I get one
It's brought out the Fender sound out of the GFI

I have a microcube and a cube 40xl
They are pretty similar but the microcube sounds slightly better
Lots of people use the 80xl for gigs....it has a handy socket for an external speaker cab

Set your tuner to ET (assuming you have a tuner with a needle or virtual needle).
Tune the Es.
Tune the beats out.
Compare the notes with your tuner.
Write down the deviations for each note. ...

After years of CD's and MP3's Ive just gone back to an old Garrard record deck, Arena amp and some Sony speakers which are all circa 1971.......sounds great
