I am curious on a single 10 3x5 setup if most of the players raise 1 and 7 for the G or lower 3 and 6 down to G? What are the Pros and Cons of either for a new player?

I am purchasing a BMI single -12 from Bobby Seymours guitars. I would appreciate any user comments on these guitars. I do not see people playing them.

I have noticed some kline steels up for sale. Does anyone have any information or experience with these keyless guitars? Are they considered to be a good brand of universal guitar?
