I use a centre punch to raise one dimple on the rear of the pick for my first finger; this makes it easy to distinguish between the picks in dark conditions.

I bought my S10 new in 1978; it is a '77 model. 2 knee levers and 4 pedals. Levers on right knee.

Nice guitar!
Perhaps it was originally blue birdseye?
If you remove the Emmons motif, the original colour should be underneath.
