If you can get an original BL705 with the chrome surround you won't get a better pick up although I believe they are quite hard to source these days. Wallace Tru tone are also a great pick up.

I think I am the odd one out here, the cube doesn't work for me at all, the line out has such a weak signal that it just doesn't work going into and through the pa.Putting a mic on it just don't work ...

Has anyone put up a video demoing a Roland 80XL with a Steel, loads of guitar demo's I aplogise if I have missed it if it has been done.Just purchased the amp and would love to hear a workout with it.

I have been thinking about puting a 705/710 on my Williams it's pre 400 series,did you have alter the appature that the pick up goes into or did it just slot straight in.
