Len,

I think you've got it backwards. Two 4 ohm
speakers in series should give you 8 ohms and
the same speakers in parallel should give
you a 2 ohm load. Let's not burn up an amp,

Done that Jack and all indications are that
the reset worked (reinitialized blinked on
briefly on the readout) but it had no effect
on the frozen up operational condition.

Any oyher ideas?
