I've been playing a Sustainmaster for ten years and I love it. I have never had to retune the pedals and the pull is the same on all pedals and knees.

I was at a Steel Guitar Show at Concord Calif. Doug Jernigan was playing one of his great slow ballads. He was transmitting so much feeling I don't think there were too many dry eyes. Including mine.
