What about thumb picks? I have trouble with them sliding around. I didn't have that trouble when I did a lot of physical work and had rougher hands.

What e-mail program are you using?
I use Internet Explorer to bring up the Windstream page. So, I'm probably using Microsoft email program. Sorry to be such a dummie about this stuff.
