I think I solved the problem.

Gregg Booth gave my arrangement a listen and pronounced it as playing well for him so I uninstalled my Tabledit program altogether and reinstalled it from scratch. ...

The article claims the union shut it down somehow. I suppose it's possible but seems odd they would shut down studio B and not Studio A since RCA owned both at the time and I assume studio A kept run ...
