I'm not using any effects, just the reverb that is built into the amp & a Hilton pedal. The pickup is a very strong TrueTone. I'll change the cords, & check out the pickup. ... |

Some times when I'm playing the amp will suddenly get very bassy and later it will go back to normal with out me even touching it. Anyone had that happen? Thanks-- Mike |

Jack, Can the ground from the neck selector switch being soldered to the shield that is also soldered to the ground side of the female input on the end of the guitar set up a ground loop? | |

Mike Brown, Can you just unplug the reverb in the NV112 and take it away, and get rid of the hum. For reverb I use a lexicon mpx110. Thanks--Mike |
