I bought a new to me old Peavy Nashville 400 amp. It's great amp I just want to know how old it is. The serial No. starts with OA o478.... If that is any help.

Peavy and fender have bass combo amps that are 3 to 4 hundred watts and have a 15'
speakers have any of you tried them for steel.
