Yeah Frank, thinking about that and the Boss Metal. I have to say the B9 and C9 pedals even by themselves sound really nice. They track really well, much better than earlier organ synth pedals. The Ca ...

I've been doing some oddball messing around with my Jet Airliner lately. I hooked up Electro-Harmonix B9 and C9 organ pedals through an EH Holy Grail reverb and a Boss distortion pedal and went a bit ...

The RLS-1 has the slotted head, my Supro and Gold Tone have the standard head that uses regular tuners. I did change out the tuners on the Gold Tone as well because the tuners on it were plain worn ou ...

I got an inexpensive set of tuners from Stewart MacDonald and put them on when I changed strings. Made for a big improvement. Smooth and no slop and holds tune very well.

I have to say the ones I have are cheapies. I even had to take a fine file to get rid of sharp spots. Never going to buy the cheap junk again. Thanks for the responses, those banjo picks look good.

Thanks Greg. The problem with the current tuners seems to be poor fit between the gears on a couple of them. Very sloppy fit. I'll check out StewMac.
