That looks like extra finger combs were brazed onto the original plate then sanded flush.

Ken, Make sure your images are not HEIC which is native to new iPhones these days. Convert to JPG and you'll be fine..... been there!

Here’s a possible solution and although this is for BC compensation it might work for your situation. For now only a paper solution.

It looks like some of the down-line bell cranks might be forcing the B pedal rods and the B pedal shaft away from the pedal stop.

.029 wire diameter

It does resemble this Guyatone HG-56. I was not able to plug-in but that booth did have a few other odd-ball instruments.... mostly acoustic.
