Here is a great video of Ben playing with Herby Wallace in Michigan. Ben scats towards end , which was Ben at his best. This outstanding musician will surely be miss along with his endless jokes.

I just heard that Don Warden was inducted into the Steel Guitar Hall Of Fame this weekend at Dollywood. Is this really true???? I also saw something about it on the web at www.blogdolly.com

I agree with Bobbe Seymour. I think a player should be equally talented in all aspects. Not just speed. Tone, touch, cleanliness, attach etc. Most of my favorite players are known for something other ...

Herby Wallace is definetly my pick! Alot of people can play fast, but not extremely fast and very clean! That is saying alot. He's my pick. Doug J. is right up there!
