I bought these on Amazon for $7.49 for 20! The hole for the rod is 2mm so you may need to drill that out a tad for your pull rods.

Rickenbacher went to thru-the-body string attach (holes drilled into the end of the bakelite bodies) to an end-piece attach because they cracked too many bakelite bodies in the drilling process.

FWIW, those Amazon parts are built for a small cable. The through hole is only 2mm which equates to less than .080 in. The smallest pull rod I'm aware of is .093 so these would have to be drilled out ... | |
