Thanks for the tip, I will try it out for sure.
What is weird is that the 5th string B to A works perfect, if there wasn't enough travel on the pedal wouldn't that also be messed up?

are the nylon tuners on too tight ? YES
is there enough travel on the rod that moves the bellcrank ? NO
