i would have to agree with Noah, but this pickup was only used for about 1 year. i have never seen a seven with the tortoise pickup. The Grail would be a blonde 6/7 double neck with tortoise pickups. ...

she looks all clean and fresh, early 50s is my guess, these tuners always just rotted away, they had some kinda reaction with the brass i guess. Not the end of the world that they are replaced buttons ...

Tim those look pretty good like they are, this looks like a newer guitar late 50s early 60s, i forget when the single line was used.

this thing was such a mess I did not have any choice but to remove the layers of paint and polish it out somewhat. They came painted silver. It rings like a bell.
