Thanks for the replies, I'm taking it to my guitar guy next week, I've also noticed that on the harp setting the 3 bass strings don't work, could that be the hidden pick-up under the fretboard?

Hi, just jumped on this thread as I have just purchased a 1938 National New Yorker where the fretboard has moved in transit. I'm wondering the best way to put it back in the correct place!

It's hacked up... that Gibson switch is not good, that plate's been ruined. It's before 1965, that's a nitro finish. No case, take away 250$. Ruined plate, take away 100$. Tele switches are easy t ...
