Roger,

Here's my 'fix'. I added a second bellcrank similar to yours and put screws and nuts between them. The screws go through to the half stop bellcrank as well.

Hi Wayne,

Sorry, I should have sent these as well.

The knee lever has a thin section with the rod hole in it.

Roger,

I don't have to tell you it's always an adventure.

Hi Wayne,

I've removed that rod from my 1998 Legrande III and measured it.

It's .110 inch material with opposite right angle bends.

It was easiest to measure the total length ... about 2.850 ...

There was a kit available in the 90's. I bought it and did my Vegas.
The kit is very easy to follow ... it had schematic and component layout diagrams.
The resistors and caps were standa ...

Hi Marty,

The counterforce on a Legrande III is adjustable. It works by applying a force to the center of the changer.

Each of the A, B and C pedals is connected to one rod that applies the for ...

My solution to that problem was to install 2 bell cranks side by side on that shaft and tie them together with short screws and nuts. I think they are 2-56 thread. The rod connects to the ...

The locking nut (or jam nut) is on the hex stop screw to keep it from turning after it's adjusted.

I don't have a flag on that vertical. It's hard to visualize what's blocking your getting a wrench in there.
You could loosen it either by the locking nut ... or force the screw out with a h ...

I think you can lower it by adjusting the screw that the knee lever stops against. Then you have to readjust the nylon nuts on the changer.
The caveate is that it will go low enough that ...
