Stefan,If you have an old lap steel laying around give this a try.Invert the strings of the E-9th Tuning so when you do a forward slant the notes will come out right.

The Hawaiian steel players that use the triple neck steel guitars tune there middle neck
close to your tuning.From low to high.EG#BDF#G#C#E This tuning is called C#mi7or9

Jim,
How is your E-13 tuned? Some are the same sound as C13 or C-6 If that's the case then you could play any song TAB for C-6. You would just be in a different key.
