I have a 6140. I changed to E9 removed 2 pedals and added 4 knee levers. I like it just fine. It is rack and barrel, so it has the same issues as other rack and barrels.

Yes, it's the reverser. I didn't want to remove the pots and switch, but they were kind of in the way to put the lever where I wanted it.

I make some 2 piece aluminum 7/8 diameter accessory clamp too that have a bolt in the end of them where you can mount about anything your imagination could conjure up.

I raise to F with my RKR and like it. I lower the E with RKL. Works ok for me. Had a hard time hitting pedals and working knee at same time.
