I too use the Pedaltrain Jr. board and use the hard shell case to raise it up so it is just within reach of my right hand. Easy pack up and the case is the perfect height.

No, not quite. When you hit a string(s) it will hold that note at constant volume for 10 seconds or so as long as you don't restrike it or mute it. If you do it cancels the freeze.

Thanks for the replies. The hum comes on after a minute or so, so it's not acting like a ground loop. It hums whether anything is plugged in or nothing is plugged in, so it's not the guitar.

I'd be interested in an iPad holder on the guitar. I would suggest a simple frame for the pad rather than a shelf.

Thomas, I can't quite understand the unique nature of this guitar from the pictures. Is it meant to be played with a strap? Perhaps another view of the whole guitar would help.
