No, not quite. When you hit a string(s) it will hold that note at constant volume for 10 seconds or so as long as you don't restrike it or mute it. If you do it cancels the freeze.

Thanks for the replies. The hum comes on after a minute or so, so it's not acting like a ground loop. It hums whether anything is plugged in or nothing is plugged in, so it's not the guitar.

I'm experiencing a low 60 cycle hum from my NV112 that is the same level regardless of the master volume level, or any other level of any front control. Playing loud it's not audible but it is irritat ...

I'd be interested in an iPad holder on the guitar. I would suggest a simple frame for the pad rather than a shelf.

Thomas, I can't quite understand the unique nature of this guitar from the pictures. Is it meant to be played with a strap? Perhaps another view of the whole guitar would help.
