Chasing tunings can prove to be as wasteful and frustrating as chasing TONE that someone else has.

Wouldn't that Em9b6 need a C natural (the b6 in E)? Otherwise, that's a simple (hah!) Em9 tuning.

Looks like the Cmaj7#11 is actually a Cmaj9#11.
