Don’t know about noisey pots but I’ve
seen them with a knob broken off along with the pot shaft.

AND if that is a set collar, it may be too big I diameter (thick) & catch on the next finger although your description doesn’t indicate that.

I always hate to do it but I have used a little round burr or stone in a Dremmel and smoothed up the hole it the tuner. (Reminds me too much of the the dentist).

Some people anchor their little finger on the first string. I think they probably do it to help keep their hand in place for accuracy in striking the strings?????

Dale, do you daisy chain them together or run one cable to the 4 ohm jack & one to the 8ohm jack? Are you using 4 or 8 ohm speakers?
