Thanks Pete. The pickup in mine is a single coil so it probably is the original sho-bud pickup. Is there much difference in the sound of the 705 and the sho-buds in your Pro II?

Jim Ed is and always has been one of my favorites. I still think the original "POP A TOP" is the best. I have a CD called THE ESSENTIAL JIM ED BROWN. Lot of good songs, lot of good music.
