Donny, I was unaware Magnatone ever made pedal steels. Do you know if they had a model name, or if there are any photos of one? I couldn't find anything online.

That's Bobby Koefer.
He didn't wear fingerpicks from what I can tell. I think helps the kind of chiming he's doing. Just touching the string with his index and picking with his thumb.
