Chandler has a very nice blonde tolex lap steel case made by G & G. I have one and it fits the chandler perfectly and my mastertone very nicely as well.

I'm 6'3" and I haven't had a problem with standing up to a keyboard stand.

Don't know what brand I have, but when you find one I suggest putting some pipe insulation on the top of it.

The outside neck on mine is definitely a lot fuller sounding. Mine has the older (I think they're older...right?) rectangular boxcars, but I think it has to do with the thickness of the wood.

I don't think its a lap dawg though that was my first guess. Although the logo definitely rubs off easy and they are chrome plated. But they don't round off quite as gradually at the top like this one ...
