you need to get #933 gotohs...4 bags for a d-10..there 6 keys per bag...3 rt and 3 left...you will 4 spare keys left over ...

Here is the shaft collar I used. Easy obtainable. In stock at local Tractor Supply. I did have to open the ID ever so slightly with a Dremel tool.

The knobs are put on with a set-screw. They match the color of the knob well enough that they are not that noticeable. Loosen the setscrews and the knobs will usually just about fall off.

I believe that is a Grover 210C. I bought some recently on eBay and they were perfect match on my Legrande II. I just checked and there are a few available on eBay or Amazon.
