Thx for the responses...looked at some acoustics today but very few music stores in my area carry PS's and no experienced instruction w/in two plus hours of me, so I'm gonna learn a little acoustic gu ...

Would most good players out there advise becoming somewhat proficient on an acoustic before trying to learn the PSG?
