It usually takes more than just changing the A & C pedals around. If the E raise and lower knee levers are on the Left Knee, The E Lower 4&8, The Raise 4&8 may need to be reversed also.

I wonder if the pedal board is original, Looks like a piece of Aluminum angle. Most pedal boards are either cast/extruded Aluminum channel, Or a wood pedal board with metal reinforcement.

Those listed on Amazon could be drilled out and fit some guitars. But only being .750 (3/4") long there is many guitars they would not fit.

Looking very close, The bottom and top rods are seen on left side and disappear under the bar. Those nuts have the wrinkles and looks of Ny-Lock nuts, So they will not vibrate loose.
