This listing is for 2.5 MM stand offs the 30mm long are about 1 1/4" I just drill and re tap.

Your threads were 1/2" 13 (or at least most all are) your best option would be a Helicoil kit you would drill out and retap the hole then screw in 1/2" 13 threads to replace the damaged ones ... | |

Sorry I didn't catch you were making your own I tried the 6mm there a little loose I found a 6.3mm bit that is a nice fit for the 1/4" barrels. | |

Tim you might want to check the OD size on your MSA bell cranks is 1/4" and 3/8" long just got through making some.

Just to expand on Bill's great advice I have used a small soldering iron to heat the set screws. The heat will expand the part just enough to loosen the hold of the rust.
